About the project
Dreamland Park is a new residential complex by the developer Dreamland Development in Chakvi, next door to the Dreamland Oasis resort — a minute away, according to the developer, and two minutes to the sea. The building stands in a eucalyptus park, with its own landscaped courtyard and gated grounds. Central Batumi and the railway station are about 15 minutes away, Batumi airport about 30.
It is a single 25-storey building (80 metres), with a monolithic frame on a piled raft foundation: 535 apartments, eight lifts and 2.9 m ceilings. Studios are 33–39 m², one-bedroom apartments 45–117 m², two-bedroom 75–199 m², three-bedroom 220 m². The building is due for completion at the end of 2028.
The complex has a pool, restaurant and bar, boutiques, a mini-market, cinema, billiards, a children's centre, padel courts, landscaped relaxation areas, a 24/7 reception and security, and a four-level car park. Residents can also use the Dreamland Oasis infrastructure next door — the beach, spa, pools and water park.
Apartments come in three finishes: white frame, renovated without furniture, and turnkey. At launch prices (price list of 2 October 2026), from $59,967 for a 32.4 m² studio in white frame and from $97,216 turnkey. Interest-free developer instalments: a 20% first payment and a flexible schedule until completion.
