Parallel Residences is a pair of Metropol towers on Tbel Abuseridze Street, set parallel to one another. Five hundred metres to the sea, about a nine-minute walk; a transport stop sits ninety metres away with buses every three minutes. The Batumi Arena, schools, hospitals, supermarkets and gyms are all nearby.
Each block rises thirty-five storeys, together holding 474 apartments — 270 in block A and 204 in block B — with three express lifts per block. A reinforced concrete frame with brick external walls. Underground parking, round-the-clock CCTV, a security desk and full step-free access throughout. Views take in the Black Sea and the mountains of Adjara.
This is a project without hotel infrastructure: unlike the neighbouring Metropol towers there is no pool or spa here, which also keeps service charges down. Layouts run from 32 to 184 m² — studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Units are delivered in black frame, with an entrance door, services brought in and the balcony tiled, leaving the interior entirely to you.
