Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is a seaside resort on the Black Sea built jointly by Archi and NEXT. Three sail-shaped towers rise on the site of the former Intourist hotel in Kobuleti; the masterplan is by the Madrid office of Chapman Taylor.
The resort includes a Swissôtel with 138 rooms and suites (an Accor brand) and up to 2,500 residences: studios, two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Amenities: a private beach, a yacht club, a casino, a 2,000 m² spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor infinity pools, gyms, Georgian and Italian restaurants, a beach club, 3,000 m² of premium boutiques, meeting and conference spaces, valet parking and 24-hour room service.
Two minutes on foot to the Kobuleti boulevard, three to the shore, half an hour by car to central Batumi.
