Origami Island is a mixed-use development by Origami Holding on Ambassadori Island, Georgia’s first artificial island, facing Batumi across the water. The architecture was drawn up by a New York practice.
The tower rises 37 storeys: hotel rooms on floors 4–17, residences on 19–35, penthouses on the top two. All four sides face the water — direct sea views, sea and island views, sea and Batumi views. Layouts include 31.4 and 33.5 m² studios, 56.35 and 59.55 m² one-bedroom apartments, and 77.8 m² two-bedroom residences.
Amenities include an infinity pool, a private beach, restaurants and cafes along the boulevard, a spa and biohacking centre, a conference room, co-working, a children’s zone and a boutique gallery. Units come either as green frame or turnkey. Prices from $110,550, or from $3,300 per square metre. A 20% down payment, then 48 months of installments.
