One Peninsula is a waterfront project by HOLM Developments, a Dubai-based developer, on Ambassadori Island in Batumi — the first artificial island on the Black Sea coast.
The masterplan of the island includes residential buildings, hotels, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centres, recreation areas and retail.
Prices start from $129,000. Payment terms: 10% down payment and a 48-month installment plan. Completion is scheduled for June 2030.
