Twenty-eight storeys hold 546 rooms and apartments, twenty-two to a floor. The international Rotana group manages the complex under a twenty-year contract. Indoor and outdoor pools, a spa with treatment rooms and a hammam, a fitness centre, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, a casino, a conference room and business lounge, an interactive children’s zone, underground and surface parking, round-the-clock security and concierge. The residential area comes to 25,600 m² on a $45 million budget.
Layouts: studios 29.4–64.7 m², one-room 59.3–70.6 m², two-room 49.5–101 m². Units are delivered turnkey. A 20% down payment with installments over up to 25 months.
