Mziuri Gardens

Mziuri Gardens is a completed garden-style complex by MRMU in Makhinjauri, on the grounds of a former sanatorium. The site covers fifteen thousand square metres, twelve thousand of them planted with century-old pines. Fifty metres to the sea with its own equipped beach reached by a bridge and lift, six kilometres to central Batumi. The buildings are finished.

Three blocks of fifteen, seventeen and fifteen storeys hold 560 apartments, each block served by four Otis express lifts. A spa and fitness centre with a jacuzzi, treatment room and sauna, plus indoor and outdoor pools. The courtyard is furnished for living: hammocks and soft seating, a basketball court, a summer amphitheatre, a climbing wall and giant chess. For children there is a garden, a playground, a paddling pool, trampolines, indoor playrooms and classes in drawing, modelling, swimming and English. Four restaurants, lounges and bars, an indoor and an open-air conference room, a lobby bar, billiards and karaoke, a beauty salon, a dry cleaner and an ATM. Parking for five hundred cars.

Layouts run from 43 to 200 m² with three-metre ceilings: studios 43–54.4 m², one-bedroom 66–72.8 m², two-bedroom 48.5–72.8 m², three-bedroom 90–115 m². Apartments are delivered part-finished — walls plastered, floors screeded and services brought in. The buildings are in use, so purchase terms are agreed case by case.
