Ambassadori Island

Ambassadori Island is the first tower of the Ambassadori Group megaproject of the same name — Georgia’s first artificial island, facing Batumi across the water. The scheme covers eighty-four hectares: a reclaimed island and two artificial peninsulas, some fifty buildings, more than ten towers, villas in a gated community, five-star hotels, serviced apartments and a marina. Forty-nine per cent of the site is given to parks and green space. ARUP drew the master plan, SHoP Architects the landmark tower, Studio D73 the interiors.

The first tower rises fifty-seven storeys with 1,325 apartments and 3.2-metre ceilings. The island holds a premium supermarket, a pharmacy, a gym, restaurants and cafes, a rooftop terrace, open pools, a concert hall, a shopping centre, a yacht club, a beach, a water park, a spa, a casino, co-working and offices, an international college, a school, kindergartens and studios, and helipads. Three levels of underground parking hold 240 cars, with round-the-clock security and CCTV.

Layouts: studios 37.1–44.95 m², two-room 53.45–72.55 m², three-room 108.4–116 m². Apartments are delivered turnkey with designer interiors by Studio D73. A 20% down payment with installments over up to three years. The first tower completes in the first quarter of 2029; the island as a whole by 2035.
